Fukushu no Tenshi Tier 3 Techniques

Name: Boreal Flames: Climate Control
Tier: 3
Element: Fire/Ice
Effect: Mikajia will command Fukushu no Tenshi to drain his blood. After activating the technique, the icy blue flames will surge forth, creating a dome of the frigid flames thirty meters in radius. The ground under the dome will instantly ice over, and the air within the dome will plummet to negative sixty degrees almost instantly. Only Mikajia, and those he views as allies will be unaffected by the cold. Likewise, while inside the dome, Mikajia's endurance will gain a temporary single tier boost.
Cooldown: 3 posts.
Duration: 2 posts, or until canceled. Using Climate Control will drain up to 12% of Mikajia's blood for the full duration.
Name: Boreal Flames: Frozen Dual Blade
Tier: 3
Element: Fire/Ice
Effect: Mikajia will command Fukushu no Tenshi to drain his blood. Once he activates the technique, Fukushu no Tenshi will become enveloped in the frigid flames before the flames then extend up towards the hilt and then beyond it, creating a second solid blade attached to the butt of the hilt. Whatever the flaming dual bladed sword hits will receive severe frostbite burns reaching even to muscle. Also, ice will quickly begin to form over whatever the blades hit.
Cooldown: 3 posts.
Duration: 2 posts, or until canceled. Using Frozen Dual Blade will drain up to 10% of Mikajia's blood for the full duration.
