Fukushu no Tenshi Techniques

Name: Boreal Flames: Frostbite

Element: Fire/Ice
Effect: After commanding Fukushu no Tenshi to drink his blood, his attacks over the next period of time will be enveloped in an icy blue flame, causing a harsh cold burn to whatever he hits.
Cooldown: 2 posts
Duration: 1 post, or until Mikajia ends the technique. While using this technique, Fukushu no Tenshi will drain up to 16% of Mikajia's blood for the full duration.

Tier: 1
Element: Fire/Ice
Effect: After commanding Fukushu no Tenshi to drink his blood, a thin translucent icy blue flame will envelop his entire frame for a period of time. Anything that comes into contact with the cold blue flames will be quickly burned by the severe negative temperatures.
Cooldown: 2 posts
Duration: 1 post, or until Mikajia ends the technique. While using this technique, Fukushu no Tenshi will drain up to 12% of Mikajia's blood for the full duration.
